Deshawn Derr, David Ramsey arrested in 'jail-broken iPhone' Craigslist armed robberies

Two men have been arrested by Fairfax County Police in a series of armed robberies that lured victims on Craigslist with offers of “jailbroken iPhones for sale.”

On June 17 around 11 p.m., a victim was robbed at gunpoint in the parking lot of a restaurant at Little River Turnpike and Oasis Drive in the Annandale area.

Responding to a Craiglist ad, the victim wanted to buy several iPhones.

But the “seller” showed up for the meeting, produced a gun, and robbed the victim of his cash and fled. The victim gave police the license plate of the gunman.
