D.C. Dept. of Health closes Dean & DeLuca in Georgetown due to reported rodent infestation

Within moments of the D.C. Department of Health allowing Whole Foods in Glover Park to reopen after a 'failure to minimize insects, rodents' in store, the department has closed another high profile DC market.

Dean & DeLuca on M St. in Georgetown shut its doors Friday after D.C. Health Dept. inspectors ordered the market to close, citing rodent infestation.

The department closed Whole Foods for rodents and insects Thursday morning before being allowed to reopen Friday afternoon.

There is no timetable as to when Dean & DeLuca will be reopening.
