D.C. has launched a website for residents to compliment or criticize the services delivered by city agencies.

The site, grade.dc.gov, is a customer service feedback tool, which{}allows the government to post grades online and measure the quality of services provided.

Users can complete surveys{}on the site, which launched Wednesday.

Mayor Vincent Gray says the new program will identify city problems and help departments find ways to improve.
