Authorities have dropped the charges against the man suspected of detonating a pipe bomb at a Potomac house in March.
Montgomery County State's Attorney Spokesperson Seth Zucker confirms to ABC7 that the charges against Farzin Sadeghi, 68, have been dropped.
Sadeghi is accused of bombing his former business partner's home on The explosion damaged the window and inside the house, located at 9214 Inglewood Drive. Damage was estimated at $25,000.
No one was injured in the blast and the occupants weren't home at the time of the incident.
Prosecutors may reinstate the charges.
