Camp Springs residents water pressure returning to normal after construction
Water pressure has improved, after a water main was affected during construction in the area of Allentown Road, south of Branch Avenue in Prince George's County.
Work on a 20-inch water main caused Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) to experience low pressure overnight. The main has since been repaired and put back into service. Water pressure is now returning to normal, WSSC said.
While the water pressure is low, the water is safe to drink, WSSC said. If water is discolored, you should flush your cold water lines, they advise. For additional help, WSSC has a 24 hour Emergency Call Center:
