A Montgomery County man was taken to an area hospital Monday with a non-life threatening stab wound after he was injured in what police say was a domestic dispute between a brother and a sister.
Montgomery County Police officials say that a man was found at a bus stop near Muddy Branch Road and Harmony Hall Road in Gaithersburg just after 8 a.m. with a stab wound to his arm. However, police say that the incident had started earlier Monday morning, when the man allegedly punched his sister.
Police then say the sister defended herself by stabbing her brother. Both then fled the scene. The man was found at the bus stop, while the sister was located a short time later.
No charges have yet been filed against either the brother or the sister, police say. The woman declined treatment for her injuries.
