Benjamin Andruss hits man with car while driving wrong way in Arlington

(WJLA) - A wrong-way driver who hit a man and several parked cars in Arlington Sunday night has been charged with DUI.

Benjamin Andruss, a 36-year-old Arlington man, was spotted driving the wrong way on North Wilson Boulevard near Clarendon just after 9 p.m. Sunday.

Authorities say that Andruss hit four cars with his Mercedes Benz before hitting a 33-year-old Washington man.

The victim was taken to George Washington Hospital for the treatment of non-life threatening injuries. Andruss was charged with DUI and DUI refusal.
