A fourth arrest has been made in the 2011 fatal shooting of a Capitol Heights man.

Jermaine Livingston of Southeast Washington was arrested Tuesday and charged with second-degree murder in the shooting death of Antwain Henderson.

Henderson’s body was found in a burning car in Capitol Heights on Aug. 31, 2011. Investigators say Henderson, 34, was shot and killed in the 5800 block of Field Place, NE hours earlier.

Last summer, three other men were arrested and charged in Henderson’s death.
