The man charged with killing his elderly socialite wife in Georgetown has resumed eating after going on a hunger strike last year.
Albrecht Muth, whose hunger strike forced a delay in his murder trial, resumed eating and has been returned to jail after being discharged from a hospital, according to The Washington Post.
Muth, however, reportedly told jail officials that he's going to resume his fast after he returns to jail.
Muth is accused of killing Viola Drath in 2011. His is set to go to trial on Dec. 2.
