2 young men who robbed Woodbridge 7-Eleven wanted by police

WOODBRIDGE, Va. (WJLA) – Prince William County Police are seeking two young men who robbed a Woodbridge 7-Eleven store over the weekend.

Officers said it happened at the 7-Eleven at 14820 Cloverdale Road just after 2 a.m. Sunday when the pair attempted to steal two cases of beer.

When an employee attempted to stop one of the men from leaving the store, he implied he had a knife and the employee was assaulted. Police say that employee suffered minor injuries.

Both of the robbers are described as being between 16 and 20 years of age, approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall, and about 160 pounds with a medium build. One is black with a light complexion and black hair; he was last seen wearing a white hooded sweatshirt and black pants. The other is Hispanic with short curly black hair; he was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt and camouflage pants.

A police dog was used in an unsuccessful search for the robbers.
