(WJLA) - A new study out of Connecticut College shows that Oreo cookies are as addictive as crack.

Researchers conducted an experiment on lab rats where they found the cookies and drugs like cocaine and morphine activated similar pleasure centers in the brain.

It turns out that Oreos activated even more pleasure neurons than the drugs. Researchers say it's the high levels of fat and sugar that stimulate the brain similar to the way drugs do.
