The National Security Agency has been recording all of an un-named foreign country's phone calls, then listening to the conversations for up to a month. That's according to a new report in The Washington Post. It's the latest in a series of revelations from former contractor Edward Snowden.
The program -- dubbed "Mystic" -- dates back to 2009. It's used to intercept conversations in one specific country, but documents show that the NSA intends to use it in others as well.
