      EEOC uses digital government to fight discrimination

      Each year, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission collects data on discrimination complaints through form 462. Those complaints used to involve a lot of paper. Now, they're submitted electronically.

      EEOC CIO Kimberly Hancher says that digital transition is making it much easier to spot -- and root out -- trends in discrimination.
