Scarlett Johansson nude photo: websites warned to take them down

Daybreak Daily’s afternoon glide through the pop-culture world finds Scarlett admitting those nude photos indeed were her, stumbles across a bizarre story from Nic Cage involving a naked intruder wielding a fudgesicle, discovers a Glee star had breast implants before she didn’t, and much more, including the mystery music video.{ }

TAKE ‘EM OFF!: Per TMZ, “Scarlett Johansson's lawyer is on the attack -- warning a bunch of websites that Scarlett owns the copyright to her HACKED nude pics and anyone who doesn't take 'em down will FACE HIS WRATH!!!! TMZ has learned ... Scarlett's attorney -- legal pit bull Marty Singer -- has fired off threatening letters to various sites including ... demanding that the sites remove the "stolen copyright protected private photographs" immediately ... or face legal action. Singer claims, "The highly personal and private photographs at issue capture our client self-posing in her own home in a state of undress and/or topless."

GOOD STORY, DUDE: Per Vulture, “Nicolas Cage's new film Trespass is about a home invasion. Has he ever experienced a dramatic incident like that? Of course he has, Cage told reporters in Toronto, and the actor's anecdote is exactly as weird as you might expect: "It was two in the morning. I was living in Orange County at the time and was asleep with my wife. My two-year old at the time was in another room. I opened my eyes and there was a naked man wearing my leather jacket eating a Fudgesicle in front of my bed." Eventually, Cage talked the mentally ill man out of his house and decided not to press charges.”

ON THE CATWALK: Per TooFab, “Kim Kardashian must be a very proud sister this week -- as last night, a second younger sibling made her runway debut during a Fashion Week show! Kylie Jenner, 14, hit the catwalk Monday night for Avril Lavigne's Abbey Dawn show -- and last night Kendall Jenner, 15, followed suit.”

WHO?: Per the L.A. Times, and this has some wild stuff, “Few people roll like Michaele Salahi and her husband, Tareq, late of "The Real Housewives of D.C." and originally infamous for allegedly crashing a state dinner at the White House. Depending on when a person checked in on the Salahi drama Wednesday, Michaele was either kidnapped, according to Tareq, or just fine, according to police. Then there was the part about Michaele running off with a guy from a rock band. But more about Journey guitarist Neal Schon later. Seriously. After the police stuff, and before the Montel Williams stuff.”{ }

DIGGING IT: Per Rolling Stone, “VH1 will celebrate the 20th anniversary of Nirvana's landmark album Nevermind by televising the never-before-seen concert movie Nirvana: Live at the Paramount on Friday, September 23rd at 11 p.m. ET/PT. The hour-long concert will be simulcast on VH1, VH1 Classic and Palladia.”

HE SAYS THAT NOW: Per People, “Nick Cannon wants to keep the number of celebrities in his household to a minimum. The America's Got Talent host, 30, says he will "absolutely not" let his 4½-month-old twins, Moroccan and Monroe, follow in the famous footsteps of him and wife Mariah Carey.”

NO COMMENT: Per the Huffington Post, Wyclef Jean to a Fashion Week audience yesterday: “I have to tell you this: I am a huge fan of Sarah Palin,” he told the audience (via WWD). “Cause she’s rad. She’s shrewd. She’s cool. Because at the end of the day, I’m for the people, because this is the United States of America... this is what America’s really about. Anyone should have the right to say, ‘Look I can do the job and this is what qualifies me to do the job.’…. Now my wife probably will debate and disagree with me.”

IN AND OUT: Per Fitness Magazine, in an interview with Glee star Heather Morris: “Just before our cover photo shoot, Heather, who has a lithe and gorgeous dancer's body, suddenly reveals to a FITNESS staffer that she had breast implants and that she hated them so much she recently had them removed. "Implants were something I thought I wanted when I was younger, and now I don't," Heather says. "It was hard being active with them, because my chest was always sore. It hurt a lot, and I didn't like always being in pain, so they had to go!"

HOPE HE ACCEPTS: Per indieWIRE, “Courtesy of our friends at Twitch who just broke the story… Denzel Washington has reportedly been offered the lead role in the upcoming Warner Brothers remake of the Oscar-winning Argentine crime thriller The Secret In Their Eyes, which was directed by Juan José Campanella. The film was based on Eduardo Sacheri’s novel La Pregunta de Sus Ojos (The Question in Their Eyes).”

POOR JEN: Per Radar, via this weekend’s Parade, “So many celebrities try to stay political correct, not try to ruffle feathers, and toe the company line; thankfully, Brad Pitt isn't one of them. "It became very clear to me that I was intent on trying to find a movie about an interesting life, but I wasn’t living an interesting life myself," Pitt said of the decade, in which he drew moviegoers to theaters with films such as Se7en, Seven Years in Tibet, Meet Joe Black and Fight Club. And then Brad dropped the bomb... "I think that my marriage [to actress Jennifer Aniston] had something to do with it. Trying to pretend the marriage was something that it wasn’t."

AND FINALLY: Today’s mystery music video.
