Prince Harry parties down in London to wee hours

Daybreak Daily’s afternoon mind-meld with the pop-culture world finds royals -- lots and lots of royals.

JOLLY GOOD TIME: Per POPSUGAR, “Prince Harry hit the town in London on Saturday night, letting loose with pals at his good friend Guy Pelly's Public bar until the wee hours of the morning. . . It seems Harry is getting in the good times while he can, as he's due to leave the UK for a stint with the air force in the US that starts next month.”

MEANWHILE: Per People, “The Middletons put on quite the sister act at a wedding in a small English town over the weekend. Kate, Duchess of Cambridge, 29, joined sister Pippa, 28, for the nuptials of friends Thomas Sutton and Harriet Colthurst.

While Pippa walked into the Italian-style church in Wilton, Wiltshire, with longterm boyfriend Alex Loudon, Kate was without her husband Prince William. Arriving with a group of close friends including Tom van Straubenzee and James Meade, the prince, 29, had already taken up his position inside as an usher. (Earlier, he and his mates had tucked into lunch at a local pub.)

MEANWHILE II: Per TheInsider, “Prince William is talking about his wedding to Kate and the Queen in a candid and exclusive interview, declaring, "My grandma is incredible." "I say to people, 'She's my grandmother to me first and then she's the Queen,'" William tells Daily Mail journalist Robert Hardman, author of the new book Our Queen. "Words that come from her, I take very personally and I really appreciate."

GO LAKERS: Per TMZ, “TMZ has learned just how Justin Bieber surprised GF Selena Gomez with an intimate dinner and a movie for 2 at the otherwise empty Staples Center in downtown Los Angeles. We broke the story ... Justin and Selena attended a Demi Lovato concert Friday night at the nearby Nokia Theater. After the show, just after 11 PM, Justin instructed Selena, "Follow me," and then took her through the underground tunnel that connects Nokia to Staples.

When they walked inside the empty, 20,000 seat arena, the lights had been dimmed and there was a table for 2 on the floor, with candles ... of course.{ }

PASS: Per Celebuzz, “Lindsay Lohan isn’t wasting any time getting back to work. Just one day after being named the new face of Philipp Plein’s clothing line, the blonde starlet was seen striking a pose during a photo shoot for the new campaign. LiLo changed in and out of a range of outfits including a summery red leather coat with matching short shorts.”

SEEMS RELEVANT: Per the AP, “Jurors in the upcoming trial of Michael Jackson's doctor won't see a recording of a press conference by the singer promoting his final concerts, a judge ruled Monday. Defense attorneys for Dr. Conrad Murray had wanted to show the footage, claiming it showed Jackson wasn't healthy and had only committed to 10 shows. By the time of his death, the singer had been committed to 50 shows at London's O2 arena. Superior Court Judge Michael Pastor ruled the March 2009 press conference wasn't relevant to the involuntary manslaughter case against Murray.”

COLD EYES: Per Radar, “A shocking new video of murder suspect Joran van der Sloot confessing to the killing of Stephany Flores was released on Monday, and has it. In the chilling video interview, the 24-year-old Dutchman told police that he hit and strangled the Peruvian student, according to”

THEN HIT THE BEACH, PAL: Per Us, “Dancing With the Stars contestants Kristin Cavallari and Elisabetta Canalis may relish in the ABC hit's weekly beauty routine, but their competitor, Rob Kardashian, still isn't sold on his pre-show primping. Getting a spray tan the day before Monday night's performance rounds is "not that pleasant," Kim, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian's kid brother, 24, tells Us Weekly. "It peels off or it kind of fades off -- you gotta like keep up with it."

REVIEW SAYS IT ROCKED: Per the Los Angeles Times, “On Friday night at the MGM Grand Garden Arena, Ryan Seacrest made a bold announcement, the same one that peppered many of the ads for the first I Heart Radio music festival. "This is the biggest live music event in radio history," he declared of the two-night extravaganza that brought onto the same stage, among others, Alicia Keys, Jay-Z, Carrie Underwood, Coldplay, Steven Tyler, Sting, Randy Jackson, Nicki Minaj, Rascal Flatts, Bruno Mars, Jennifer Lopez, Usher, Sting, Kenny Chesney and Lady Gaga.”

GRUNGE FEST: Per Rolling Stone, “Twenty years to the day after Nirvana released Nevermind, their generation-defining assault of hardcore energy and pop melody, surviving bandmembers Krist Novoselic and Dave Grohl and producer Butch Vig reunited in New York for a gleeful, intimate fan Q&A moderated by the Daily Show's Jon Stewart. "SiriusXM's Town Hall with Nirvana," broadcast live from the station's glossy New York studio on Saturday night, leant new insight into the creative process behind the album, its dramatic impact on rock & roll, and the intense and mischievous bond among the flannel-clad young punks who made everything possible.”
