Todays’ culturally correct roundup of the pop-culture world finds a no-go for No Doubt; Snooki and the gang raising money, Wreck-It Ralph, other things, and the mystery music video.

SHOULD STRIKE A NERVE IN D.C.: For obvious reasons, per Rolling Stone, “No Doubt has pulled down their video for "Looking Hot" almost immediately following the clip's release after learning that the imagery used the in the video was offensive to Native Americans. The clip for the second single off their long-awaited new album, Push and Shove, featured a Wild-West theme, replete with tee-pees, feather headdresses and smoke signals. After releasing the video on Friday, No Doubt quickly drew complaints for using the stereotypical imagery, with threads such as "Appropriating Native American culture" appearing in their fan forums.”

BOX-OFFICE REPORT: Of a Disney dandy, per Variety, “Moviegoers crushed it this weekend -- particularly on the East Coast and abroad -- as Disney Animation's "Wreck-It Ralph" scored a best-ever Stateside three-day debut for the toon shop at $49.1 million. Sony-MGM's 23rd Bond film "Skyfall," meanwhile, turned in a whopping $156 million weekend take internationally.”

SNOOKI: A good-cause reunion, per the New York Times, “MTV, which helped shine a spotlight on Seaside Heights, N.J., and its surroundings with the success of its reality series “Jersey Shore,” said on Monday that it will broadcast a one-hour fundraising special next week to benefit rebuilding efforts in that area, which was one of many coastal regions hit hard by Hurricane Sandy. The special, called “Restore the Shore,” will be shown at 11 p.m. Eastern time on Nov. 15 and broadcast from the Times Square studios of MTV.”

GOOD READ: We’re talking photo journalists of the non-Hollywood ilk, per the Los Angeles Times, “What drives them to go to places others flee, to risk their lives for a picture? And once there, what is their primary responsibility — to possibly aid those wounded or in danger or to simply document them? These are some of the issues addressed in "Witness," which premieres Monday (on HBO).”

BABY TIME: Here’s the breathless report, per Celebuzz, “The stork is on the way for Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard! The engaged couple is preparing for their first-ever bundle of joy. “It is true — they are expecting their first child in late spring,” Bell’s rep confirms to Celebuzz. The House of Lies actress, 32, and the Parenthood star, 37 — who have been dating since 2007 — have been engaged for nearly three years.”

FAIR AND BALANCED: No, really, per The Wrap, “Rupert Murdoch seems worried that the election will go to President Obama. For the last few days, the News Corporation CEO and voracious Twitter opiner has been flooding his feed with messages warning voters that casting their ballots for the Democrat will maintain the status quo. He also questions the veracity of many polls.”

AMANDA BYNES: Flatly denies report she walked naked through a tanning salon, per Us Weekly, “Beach Bum Tanning CEO James Oliver is standing by Bynes' denial. "Employee testimony and security footage have confirmed that Ms. Bynes was not acting inappropriately," he tells Us in a statement. "She is a long-time client and we stand by her account."

LIVE FROM NEW YORK: A comedian comes through, per Entertainment Weekly, “The expectations were high for Louis C.K. on Saturday night. Fans of his stand-up and sitcom expected him to invigorate a show that has seemed a tad uneven so far this season. Throw in the fact that his appearance followed one of the most devastating storms New York City had ever experienced, and the fact that it was the last episode before the presidential election, and it was as close to a must-see episode as Saturday Night Live has had in some time. And for most of four score and seven (or so) minutes, he delivered the goods.”

PREVENTIVE MEASURE: Just the facts, per People, “Having successfully fought colon cancer a decade ago, then discovering she carried the gene that made her predisposed to having breast cancer, Sharon Osbourne says it was a "no brainer" to undergo a double mastectomy, she reveals in a new interview.”

AND FINALLY: Today’s mystery music video.
