Was White House crasher Micheale Salahi kidnapped? Her husband sure thinks so.
Tareq Salahi told TMZ that he believes his wife was kidnapped in Virginia Tuesday after she didn't show up at a scheduled hair dressing appointment.
Late Wednesday afternoon, TMZ reported that Michaele Salahi has run off with Neal Schon, the lead guitarist for the band Journey.
Journey's representative, Scoop Marketing, told TMZ that, "Nobody kidnapped her and they are in Memphis together."
An attorney saysTareq Salahi is relieved that she's OK but devastated that she's apparently left.
Tareq Salahi's attorney, David Silek, told ABC's "Good Morning America" on Thursday that it's premature to say if the couple would get a divorce.
Tareq told TMZ that Michaele called him Tuesday night from an unknown Oregon phone number and told him that she was going to her mother's house, which is nearby their home in Virginia.
Michaele's mother, however, didn't know about these plans.
Tareq Salahi called the Warren County Sheriff's office. The sheriff's office, however, told him Michaele had contacted them - and that she was okay and was dealing with some "family issues," TMZ reports.
The Salahis are best known for crashing a White House state dinner in 2009.
On Wednesday, the FBI also was seen at the Salahis' Virginia home.
