(WJLA) - Nearly a month after canceling their upcoming tour over disagreements over the future of their music, the Jonas Brothers are breaking up for the time being.

People magazine reports that the band, comprised of three brothers from New Jersey, will break up for an indefinite amount of time.

"It's over for now," Kevin Jonas, who at 25 is the oldest brother in the group, told People.

Kevin, Joe and Jonas called off their 19-stop world tour on Oct. 10 after a "deep rift" emerged amongst the three over their future. One of those concerts was to be held at The Fillmore in Silver Spring on Oct. 21.
