FRIENDS: A certain star now will forever be surrounded by many of them, per the Los Angeles Times, “Jennifer Aniston was surrounded by friends and family on Wednesday as she received her star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Among those in attendance were boyfriend Justin Theroux, Adam Sandler, Malin Akerman and dad John Aniston.”

HER NEXT MOVE?: Chatter had Whitney Houston becoming an “X Factor” judge before her death, per Rolling Stone, “L.A. Reid, the only remaining judge on the show aside from Cowell, addressed reports that Houston had been approached to join the panel in season two. "We loved Whitney and we would certainly have considered her, but it never came to that," said Reid. "There was interest, but we really didn't get that far."

MEANWHILE: Whitney’s daughter is OK following medical treatment for anxiety, per People, “Four days after Whitney Houston was laid to rest, her grieving daughter, Bobbi Kristina Brown, is back home in Atlanta.”

AND THIS: No leaking allowed, per Radar, “Following the tragic death of Whitney Houston at the Beverly Hilton Hotel nearly two weeks ago, has exclusively learned that the luxury hotel decided to fire staffers for talking to the press about the tragedy.”

TATTOO YOU: Selena Gomez gets a new brand, per Celebuzz, “The 19-year-old singer stopped by Under The Gun, a tattoo shop in Hollywood, on Feb. 22 and got a heart tattoo. Jordan Sandoval, who works at the shop, tweeted the pic from her visit, adding that the store’s owner Louie Gomez tatted up SelGo.”

OOPS: This Zac Efron story is making the rounds, per the Insider, “In a video posted to ONTD, it's posited that Zac accidentally dropped a condom on the red carpet after he pulled something else out of his pocket. And you get ample chances to judge for yourself, so watch the video.”

DAKOTA FANNING: Not so little anymore, per E!, “It's hard to believe, but the kid who initially made her way into our hearts playing Sean Penn's adorable daughter in 2001's I Am Sam turns 18 today.”

OBIT: Per the New York Times, “Barney Rosset, the flamboyant, provocative publisher who helped change the course of publishing in the United States, bringing masters like Samuel Beckett to Americans’ attention under his Grove Press imprint and winning celebrated First Amendment slugfests against censorship, died on Tuesday in Manhattan. He was 89.”

INTERVENTION: Or meddling friends, per TMZ, “Chris Brown and Rihanna are dangerously close to getting back together, sources close to the ex-couple tell TMZ -- but the singers' friends are desperately trying to keep them apart .. for their own good.”

YAY: This is big news. Really. It is. Per the AP, “Sweden's Crown Princess Victoria gave birth to her first child early Thursday, a baby girl who will be groomed to one day become the country's queen.”
