WOODBRIDGE, Va. (WJLA) - A Woodbridge woman was arrested and charged with reckless child endangerment Sunday after leaving her 3-year-old child outside playing unsupervised while she left.
Prince William County police responded to the 2800 block of Woodmark Drive when someone called to report finding a child.
The person said she had spotted the 3-year-old child walking along the street unsupervised shortly after 12:30 a.m. After being unable to locate the child's parents, the person had called police.

The child was not injured.
