Verizon Wireless store robbed by three masked men, police say

      (WJLA) - Anne Arundel County police are investigating a robbery that took place at a Verizon Wireless store in Odenton.

      Police say they were called to the store at 8761 Piney Orchard Parkway around 8:30 p.m. Friday for a report of a robbery. Officers were told that three men entered the business wearing all black clothing, gloves and masks. One of the suspects displayed a gun and demanded phones and money. The suspects took an undetermined number of phones and money and fled.

      Witnesses saw the suspects get into a silver Jeep Grand Cherokee. Police say the car was stolen from the 700 block of Linden Grove Place around 7:30 p.m. and the time of the robbery. It was found nearby shortly after the robbery.
