(WJLA) - A man was arrested early Sunday after a fight aboard an Orange Line Metro train.
Shortly after 2 a.m., Metro officials say, two men known to each other began to argue on the New Carrollton-bound train. One man was struck in the head with a gun, causing the gun to discharge and break a window.
The suspect was arrested at the Cheverly Metro station. The victim was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
No other passengers were injured.
