A 34-year-old man was convicted of first degree murder Monday in the 2010 slaying of another man in southeast D.C.
Marlon Williams was found guilty in the killing of Min Soo Kang, 37, who was found shot to death in the 3500 block of Croffut Place SE. Kang was found on the curb of the street.
Authorities tracked down Kang's Cadillac using the vehicles OnStar tracking system. A woman reported seeing a man exit the vehicle where it was discovered in northeast D.C.
Williams prints were discovered in the vehicle and was identified as the man leaving the Cadillac.
