Man wanted for robbery at Wells Fargo Bank in Arlington, police say

Police are searching for a man who robbed a Wells Fargo Bank branch on Dec. 22 in Arlington, Virginia.

Investigators say the man walked into the branch and passed a note to a teller demanding money, and took an undisclosed amount of cash. Police say he left the bank and headed in the direction of Washington Boulevard.

The robber is described by Arlington Police as white and between the age of 40 and 50 years old. He's nearly 5-foot-6 and was wearing a gray winter hat, and a dark red coat with blue jeans.

Arlington County Police are asking anyone with information on the robbery to call 703-228-4180.
