Man charged for allegedly sexually assaulting young girl for nearly 10 years in Va.
WOODBRIDGE, Va. (ABC7) —
A man was charged for allegedly sexually assaulting a young girl "on more than one occasion" dating back to 2008 in Woodbridge, Virginia, according to Prince William County Police.
On April 14, Juan Felipe Perez-Oviedo from Woodbridge was charged with three counts of rape, three counts of aggravated sexual battery, three counts of indecent liberties with a minor, and a count of object sexual penetration, police say.
According to police, the girl was 8 years old at the time when she was sexually assaulted by Oviedo, who was an acquaintance.
Oviedo has a pending court date and police say he's being held without bond.
