Man charged for alleged rape in Maryland, sheriff's office says
ST. MARY'S COUNTY, Md. (ABC7) —
A 35-year-old man was charged for the alleged rape of a person on May 11 in Lexington Park, Maryland.
Officers obtained an arrest warrant for Rainier Nazal Dizon for first-degree rape, second-degree rape, third-degree offense, and second-degree assault, according to the St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office.
Nazal is being held at the St. Mary's County Detention Center on a no bond status.
According to the St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office, Nazal forcibly raped the individual, who's identity was not released by authorities.
