7 ON YOUR SIDE: Fighting Back Against Crime Wall of Justice
WASHINGTON (ABC7) —
In this week’s edition of 7 On Your Side’s Wall of Justice we feature an accused killer, and two men facing the same charge in the same county.
In Calvert County, Trent Fowler is facing a theft charge. The same goes for Corey Golden. Metropolitan Police are offering $25,000 reward for information leading to Leonard Smith’s arrest. He also goes by Neechie. He’s wanted for stabbing a man to death in Southeast. IN Prince Williams county Devaun Jenkins is wanted in connection with a home invasion. Our spotlight is on Reeko Harris who Prince William County detectives consider armed and dangerous.
“He was involved in a shooting that happened on March 25th just before midnight,” explained police spokesperson Ofc. Nathaniel Probus. “He was involved in an argument with a friend at a residence there on Kenbury Ct in Woodbridge.”
They say Harris started firing shots into the air.
“Anytime you illegally discharge a firearm it’s dangerous,” added Probus. “The projectile if you are not aiming it properly, or even in the air, that projectile is going to come down. It’s going to land somewhere.”
Fortunately, no one was hurt. Harris is 30-years-old, 6 feet tall, 290 lbs has black hair and brown eyes. He’s wanted for reckless handling of a firearm. And apparently he’s no stranger to law enforcement, he’s also wanted for possession on a firearm by a convicted felon.
If you recognize or know anything about him, please call police.
