6 charged for allegedly shooting man to death during 'property' argument in Md. apt.

Six people have been charged for allegedly shooting a man to death during an argument over "property" inside an apartment on May 16 in Waldorf, Maryland, according to the Charles County Sheriff's Office (CCSO).

On May 17, Dominic Xavier Daniel, 24, Dominique Ariel Grant, 28, Gabrielle Marie Ditella, 19, Andrew Loren Webb, 24, Morgan Tyrone Rich Jr., 27, and Jared Jacob Hayes, 31, were all charged with first-degree murder, home invasion, armed robbery, and other related crimes in the murder of 35-year-old Samuel Keith Gemeny.

Gemeny was found dead inside his apartment in the 3400 block of Promenade Place.

According to the CCSO, three people forced their way inside the apartment after another person opened the door. An argument ensued between Gemeny and the group, and he hit one of them over the head with an iPad, and one of the individuals shot him.
