SEATTLE, Wash. (WJLA) - Could this be the end of long lines and long waits for drink orders at Starbucks?
Probably not, but it may at least help a little.
People Magazine reports that a new smartphone app is in the works that will allow customers to pre-order their beverages ahead of time, and then simply pop in to their local store to pick it up.
Starbucks' chief digital officer Adam Brotman says the app is currently being tested. There is no word yet on when it may debut.
