Skyrocketing injuries of small children at indoor trampoline parks have recently been reported.

A 3-year-old boy's leg was broken while jumping at an indoor trampoline park. The child's mother posted a photo of him in his body cast on social media to bring attention to parents of something she was unaware of. Children under the age of 6 should never use a trampoline, according to The American Academy of Pediatrics.

The number of pediatric emergency room visits due to injuries at trampoline parks increased from under 600 in 2010 to nearly 7,000 in 2014, according to a study from the Official Journal of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
